By accessing or using the FitMatchAtlas website ("Site") or signing up for early access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. FitMatchAtlas ("FMA", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

FitMatchAtlas is a pre-launch community platform designed to connect athletes traveling to the same fitness events. During the current beta phase, connections are made manually by the FMA team based on the information provided in your sign-up form. FitMatchAtlas is not a dating app, a travel booking service, or a fitness coaching platform. We are a connection and community platform for the global fitness event community.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FitMatchAtlas. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You must provide accurate and truthful information when completing the sign-up form. Providing false information may result in removal from the platform.

When you sign up, you provide us with personal information including your name, email, city, sport, and the events you are attending. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Instagram DM at @fitmatchatlas. We will remove your information from our records within 5 business days.

FitMatchAtlas is built on respect, inclusivity, and shared passion for sport. By joining, you agree to: • Treat all members with respect regardless of gender, background, fitness level, or nationality • Not use the platform to harass, spam, or intimidate other members • Not misrepresent yourself or your intentions when connecting with other athletes • Report any inappropriate behaviour to us via Instagram DM We reserve the right to remove any member from the platform who violates these standards, without notice.

FitMatchAtlas facilitates introductions between athletes. Once an introduction is made, any resulting relationship, arrangement, or interaction is entirely between the individuals involved. FitMatchAtlas is not responsible for the behaviour, actions, or conduct of any member before, during, or after an event. We strongly encourage members to exercise their own judgement when meeting people for the first time — online or in person. We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone you trust when meeting a new connection.

All content on the FitMatchAtlas website — including text, design, logo, and graphics — is the property of FitMatchAtlas and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. The FitMatchAtlas name and logo are not affiliated with any race organisation, event brand, or fitness company.

FitMatchAtlas is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We make no guarantees about the availability of the service, the accuracy of matches, or the suitability of any connection made through the platform. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that arises from connections made through FitMatchAtlas, whether online or in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitMatchAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (which is currently zero, as FMA is free to join).

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in good faith between the parties before any formal legal action is taken.
